Patty is a best-selling fantasy author who has learned a lot about these magical creatures through history and around the world. Her novel, Iron Kissed, features a werewolf performer at Tumbleweed! (Sunday, 5:45) Eclectic Cloggers with Growling Old Women: dance workshop * Beginning Appalachian clog dance -- We will teach the basic steps of Appalachian style clog dancing. Participants will dance to old time music as they practice easy steps and basic formations. No partner needed! It's best to have soft soled shoes or be barefoot, and wear loose fitting clothes. This is a very arobic activity. You will come away with about a three to four minute routine. (Saturday, 12:30) Thaddeus Spae * Do-it-yourself CD manufacturing for musicians -- Homemade CDs can look and sound as good as professional ones and cost a lot less. Learn how from someone who's done it for years. (Sunday, 2:45) Sultana Dancers and the Tri-Cities Drum Circle: dance workshop. * Workin' It! -- Come learn how those belly dancers move their hips! You will learn some basic moves and apply them in a short but cute choreography by Aviendha. Loaner hip scarves will be available.
