Download Applications via the following links. Forms can be printed and filled out by hand. As an alternative, request a copy of any of these items by mail via the e-mail link or mail address at the bottom of this page. Mail your completed form to 3RFS, P.O. Box 1098, Richland, WA 99352. Sorry, 3RFS is not set up to take applications online.
Performer Pack:
Contains a cover letter, performer policy, application form, and tech sheet. Performer applications must be received no later than April 22, 2018.

Songwriter Pack:
Contains a contest announcement, application form, and tech sheet. The 2018 theme is Roots. Songwriter applications must be received no later than April 22, 2017.

Food Vendor Pack:
Contains an announcement, information sheet and an application form. Food vendor applications are due July 1, 2018. Applications may be accepted after that date subject to available space, but will require a $20 late fee.
